January groups for our Winter Strength & Power Program registration is now open. We will break down programming into two levels: Phase 2 for returning athletes, those who have already built a foundation of movement quality in training, and Phase 1 for new athletes looking to get this process started! We are only taking 8 participants per group, so check our schedule now and reserve your spot!

GC Strength + Peak Condition!

The GC Strength team is proud to announce a partnership with Peak Condition, an excellent performance center in NE Portland, to provide Strength & Conditioning programs, during the winter, for Soccer players in Portland.

The Peak Condition team has a track record of success working with athletes and people looking to improve their fitness in a smart training environment. This mutual commitment to no non-sense, no-fluff, effective training led to a collaboration that will only benefit youth soccer in the area.

The GC Strength and Peak Condition teams will be hosting winter strength and conditioning program for soccer starting in November. Registration is now open, and deadline for the first round of the program is November 15th.

The GC Strength Performance Development System is designed to improve athletic performance for Soccer 

The system is all about speed skills; using the proper preparation strategies, power development, and strength and conditioning to reinforce the sprinting techniques learned each day. Speed is definitely a skill, and with the right approach, ALL athletes can become faster and stronger.
